Why a Window, Not "All Sales Final"
Our products are instant digital downloads - once you have the file, you have it. That's normally a reason for a strict no-refund policy, and a lot of digital-product sellers run that way. We don't, because it's a worse way to run a small business: we'd rather know within a week that something didn't land than keep $17 or $47 from someone who isn't going to use it.
So: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, on request, with a one-line reason. After that window, sales are final.

How Refunds Are Processed
- All purchases run through Gumroad. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Gumroad, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
- We process refund requests ourselves (we read every email) - there's no automated refund button on our end, so expect a personal reply, not a bot.
- If you bought through a bundle (like the Starter Pack), refunding the bundle refunds the whole bundle, not individual items within it.
What's Not Covered
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- "I forgot to use it" or "I changed my mind about my business" past the 7-day window - we get it, but the window exists for a reason
- Misuse of the refund window to repeatedly buy, download, and refund the same product
Truck & Tablet SaaS (Coming 2026)
The Truck & Tablet software product isn't live yet, so there's nothing to refund today. Once it launches with paid plans, we'll publish separate subscription refund/cancellation terms specific to that product.
